Brigitte Görnitz is working as a psychoanalyst in Munich (Germany).

She studied animal health in Leipzig, East Germany, receiving a doctoral degree in veterinary medicine and worked on electroencephalography on animals at the Leipzig University.

After applying for permission to leave the former communist country, she raised her family and was finally able to move to Munich. After having brought up her five children, she studied Psychology at the Munich University. After receiving her diploma in Psychology she finished a training program as a psychoanalyst.
Her research focuses on an understanding of the essence of mankind and its psyche.

Her publications include: (with Thomas Görnitz) The Creative Cosmos: Mind and Matter from Information (2002) The Evolution of Mind: Quantum physics, Consciousness, Religion (2008)(till now both in German).
