Due to Villanova University's booking requirements, please note that conference registrations that include Room and Board are available only until May 12, 2003. After this date, no overnight registration packages will be accepted.

Air Travel Information

Philadelphia International Airport (airport code PHL) is the closest, most convenient airport to Villanova. If you are flying into New York City, a train to 30th Street Station in Philadelphia called the Amtrak Acela Express is available. Train Schedules and information can be downloaded at Amtrak's website.

Philadelphia Airport Train Service to 30th Street Station and SEPTA to Villanova

The SEPTA R1 high speed rail service provides a convenient and economical service from the airport's five terminals to 30th Street station. Buy one combination ticket to the Villanova Station. When you reach 30th Street, locate the "suburban/local trains". You will take the R5 train to Villanova Station. It is less expensive to purchase your return ticket from Villanova, back to 30th Street at the station.

The R1 train stops at Eastwick Station, University City, 30th Street Station, Penn Center Suburban Station, and Market East/The Gallery station. Transit from the airport to downtown Philadelphia takes about 20 minutes and trains depart every 30 minutes. Trains run from 6am to midnight.

Airport Shuttle Service

Lady Liberty Shuttle provides transportation from the Philadelphia Airport to Villanova. Rates are $40 for the first two passengers, $18 each additional passenger. Be sure to tell the reservationist that you are attending the Works of Love Conference in order to receive these shared rates.
